Employees

All employees of iN_iT are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hire. This agreement stipulates that all information circulated within the company including but not limited to emails, memos and employee information, customers' personal information, Information relating to intellectual property, invention or patent, research data, Passwords and related IT information are strictly confidential information. All information relating to finances in its very detailed scope are strictly confidential and therefore must not be disclosed to/by any unauthorized personnel. This policy also applies to social media accounts that may be maintained by official employees of iN_iT.

Official employees of iN_iT are allowed to communicate about the brand on their personal social media accounts but this must be done in a responsible manner that is consistent with the brand's image. Feel free to post about upcoming events, new project launches, achievements, customer satisfaction experiences or any other positive impact that iN_iT has made on society at large. When posting about iN_iT, clearly specify who you are and the branch at which you work.

We strive to provide the best possible experience for our users, and we take any abuse seriously. Any disputes and complaints about negative comments/other misunderstandings, data breach, will be handled by the Conflict Resolution Team (CRT), who can be reached at crt@initt.net.

Reacting to negative comments is never a good idea, as it can make you look both unprofessional and angry. Remember: the internet never forgets! Any inappropriate comments, even if they were only posted online for 10 seconds, could have been screenshotted and saved by someone. So always try to refrain from reacting to negative comments.
